Learn from those that have gone before you. Embracing and growing from our experiences means there are no true failures only lessons

It is important not only to study the "greats" but to study those that have suffered great losses.
We can often learn from others so that we can spare ourselves from the same suffering.
Yes their comes great lessons with suffering, but not everyone has to suffer everthing everytime to learn every lesson. We get to learn by observation as well.

When life comes to this (great challenges), remember it is those that have gotten back up, over and over that are the ones we call successes. If you are tired, rest a bit, and then get back up and get moving forward. And please find all that you can to be grateful for. Gratitude will project you quickly into the life you want and help you to maintain all that you currently have that you want.

When you forgive yourself for your mistakes or failures you allow yourself to heal and to get back up.
When you learn from your mistakes and those of others, you allow yourself to live in the wealth of knowledge.
When you appreciate all of the success, lessons, love, peace and richness in your life, you allow yourself to experience more of it.

My heart goes out in appreciation for all of those that dared to go before me and to share their journeys with the world so that we may benefit from the wealth of their lessons.
